Christian. Wife. Mother. Grandmother. Artist. Successful event planner for 20 years. Cancer Survivor. Darcee Starr is finally pursuing her lifelong dream to be a published author. Born and raised in New Jersey, she's lived in western Maryland for the last thirty years. Darcee first discovered her love of writing romance novels at the age of fifteen, and completed three books, but many rejections at a young age and a roller coaster life interrupted her plans to become a famous writer.
Now that her children are all grown and scattered across the country, she is determined to chase her passions. Darcee lives with her husband of 28 years, who still makes her laugh every day, and their two sons. She writes as much as she can, reads, and freelances as a proofreader/editor/writer.
