A fascinating and engaging story. The best thing about it is that it has been written by an author with a Christian world view. This is a refreshing change from the usual science fiction stories with their illogical fixation on evolution. Sadly, it is some what ruined by the large number of grammar and spelling errors and some interesting malapropisms. They seem to be artifacts from optical character recognition errors or format conversion errors. A good proof reader would solve this problem and the result would be a superb book. These comments apply to the sequel, Heart of the South, as well. The missing star is due to the lack of proof reading. The story itself deserves five stars.
