Biography
Dena Celeste is a queer non-binary author hailing from Florida. They have over a decade of experience as a BDSM enthusiast, and served as an educator and volunteer at several community events. The creativity of their muse is highly enhanced by their spouse and their community, surrounded by endless examples of the ways in which dynamics can present.
This experience informs so many of the ways Dena’s characters view life and communicate with each other, high on honesty, openness, and consent. That being said, Dena likes to explore the darker edges of these intense physical and mental experiences. Their writing reflects the beautiful ways pain and pleasure can be woven together, whether grounded in this world or venturing out into the universe.

So Much to Learn

I'm not even all the way through this story, but I'm already in love with it. The writing is superb, and the characters leap from the pages. The relationships are complex and fascinating. And the love story is giving me butterflies even as I read it. I really can't put it down. This is an "I think I'll just stay up all night to finish this." kind of book. Definitely worth a read or three!

I fell in love with Jessie L. Star's writing in So Much to Learn, and promptly bought up her other stories. In Private Lives, Public Property, she has given me yet more characters to adore and become very attached to. Each character is so well realized, and so vivid, that I just can't help but gobble up each book to find out what happens to them.
