I am a composer, novelist, and tennis player who enjoys studying languages, creating board/card games, and many other things. I recently finished a fantasy story with my brother called Double Life and put it on Smashwords. This is the link to it:

Another thing, I tend not to review books I don't like. I guess you could say I hate being the bearer of bad news or that I dislike ruining people's lives by giving them bad reviews. Anyway, my point is, if you see a lot of high stars don't just assume I like every book I read. That's far from the truth....

The Pursuit of Power
on March 07, 2012
Very interesting book which focuses a lot on politics and intrigue, while mixing elemental magic into it. Evil is in the eye of the beholder speaks a lot to this book. If seen from another point of view, Callum may not be just a power hungry individual but may be a monster.

Tears of Min Brock
on Nov. 08, 2012
I highly recommend this book for people who like epic fantasy novels. Though it has many plot lines, I enjoy them all and feel that this element adds a lot to the story. Stories with one single plot line and a few characters might interest some people, but I'd rather have a more complex story any day. Read this story and you won't be disappointed.

Legend of the Mer
on Dec. 15, 2012
Lighthearted, enchanting, and interesting, this book kept my attention the whole way through. Compared to all the vampire, zombie, apocalyptic, and other types of dark-themed books which are out there, this book is a welcome relief. It focuses a lot on relationships, family, and other warm topics, but also includes secrecy, suspense, and other such topics. I highly recommend this for anyone who loves stories about mermen/mermaids.
