Diana Ferrare-Magaldi places many titles upon herself including wife, mother, grandmother, and loyal friend. She is also a devout Christian and Cancer survivor.
In addition to writing, she enjoys a 20-plus year career as a real estate agent, specializing in the Conejo Valley of California where she and her husband reside.
Her debut novel, “Looking for Davy Jones,” is a coming-of-age tale about five teenage girls growing up in the turbulent 1960s amidst the backdrop of the Vietnam War, flower children, rock and roll, and the Civil Rights movement. She draws inspiration from her favorite authors including Joseph Campbell, Philippa Gregory, Ken Follett, Michael Connelly, Diana Gabaldon, and George R.R. Martin.
When not writing, Diana paints with oils and is an accomplished cook. She combines these passions into her writing and has plans for a cookbook and an inspirational novel.
