Dmytry Karpov

Dmytry Karpov has studied professional writing at the University level. He has been writing for seven years and is a professional ghostwriter, editor, and writer.

Dmytry has a unique genius for breaking down the structure of a story, understanding how it should fit together, and seeing all of its possible variations. He has a keen sense of language and rhythm and can immediately detect when a piece doesn’t flow or word choice makes a passage too passive.

He manages a blog full time, has written hundreds of articles on writing, and is able to help writers understand which sections of their work can be improved to create the strongest final draft possible.

His short stories, reminiscent of Neil Gaiman’s top work, are self-published in a collection titled “Dark Edge." His YA novel, about a girl and a leprechaun on a quest to slay a zombie lion, will soon follow.

He lives with his writing partner and love, Kimberly Kinrade, and their three little girls, two puppies and a few fleas.

Sean McGuire blends an epic world with a personal story of revenge. And the results are fantastic. Torthan cannot forgive the crimes of the past. And even though the world around him is in peace, he suspects treachery at every turn. Will he kill those who imprisoned him? Or will old, limping Torthan be crushed by the new world? The main character is captivating. The dialogue flows. And the story is full of twists and turns that will keep you on the edge. When you start reading, "Die by the Sword," make sure you have nothing important to handle for a while. Because you won't stop, until you reach the epic conclusion that left me breathless.
