For Marye Audet. She is my hero! I am just learning to make yeast breads and bought "Bread Bootcamp" book. Of all the ebooks I've ever gotten, this one is by FAR the best. I went step by step with her directions in the book for "Buttermilk bread sweetened with honey" and it is amazing. Just had to rave! I've tried others but this one is REAL. Great recipes. I have confidence hers will work.
