Don Day

Biography

Running should be fun. Don believes that if people can master the skills for a given sport, such as running, then they have a template they can apply to that other great pastime: Life. In high school, he ran under a 4:30 mile. Through the years, life’s circumstances have caused him to stop running “temporarily” while he dreamed of returning to this passion. This is his journey back to the sport he loves.
In addition to competing internationally as an athlete, Don Day has also coached individuals and groups for Track and Cross-Country. His number one rule has always been to practice safety first.
Though Don enjoys the entire writing process, his favorite moments are telling true life stories that everyone can learn from and enjoy. He exercises with his mate and running partner (Carmen) in Arizona, USA.
