A book to shake-up your view of health and gluten. If you think you pretty much know about the hazards of wheat and gluten, but haven't yet read Dr. Ford's theory about gluten as primarily having its harmful effect by damaging the brain and nerves, you're in for a riveting read. Also, if you think this is rare, how about estimates of 8-10% of the population? He is not alone in his concerns.
