Biography

Dr. Richard Ruhling is a retired physician who was Assistant Professor of Health Science at Loma Linda University, 1974-78. He was board-certified in internal medicine and authored Why You Shouldn’t Ask Your Doctor, Wake Up America and Apocalypse 2013.
He predicted war with Iraq six years before 9-11 and he’s predicting civil war in America – DHS is preparing for it.
Dr. Ruhling is President of Total Health, Inc, a non-profit organization that promotes a positive lifestyle as true healthcare in contrast to prescription drugs that have become the #1 cause of illness, disability and death. He’s available for speaking and seminars on health and topics related to this book. What's the story behind your latest book?
My latest book is Black Monday, October 7? and is subtitled "3 Reasons the Moon May Mean Trouble Surviving the Coming Bad Years." I'm seeing that apart from astrology, God gave His people a lunar calendar with the month to begin with a new moon, unlike our Gregorian Calendar that has a new moon on any day of the month.
The Bible offers several reasons why this may be important to us, especially if major events fit this biblical reckoning, like an economic collapse!
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
I appreciate Smashwords as a way to get my books to a broader segment of the market. They are very fair in their marketing plan and allow for affiliates who can be fairly compensated.
