“Since creation there has always been a war of Good Vs Evil”. Believing in Jesus just reassures him that his wild imagination where the antagonist sometimes wins will never happen. While being a Christian and Horror writer he really enjoys when he combines his faith and imagination create what he calls “Christian Horror”.

Derick Actkins-Farris has always wanted to create; he tried several mediums to accomplish this feat. He first wanted to draw comics, but his imagination would never translate from his mind through the pencil to the paper. He later developed a passion for acting; something that still interest him from time to time. While he landed roles in few commercials and an independent movie this venture never really went past the first floor. It was when he started writing that he started to feel alive being able to create great characters, worlds, and plots. Looking back, he would tell you that he was always successful at writing; he won awards and was even published a few times.
