At a very young age of eleven, Elaine Smith organized her first community fair event in the backyard of her parent’s home, for all the children in the neighborhood.
It wasn’t long before Elaine became an adept facilitator of meeting, event and convention management, marketing, corporate philanthropy and volunteering that fosters development of people, new products and ideas to benefit multiple stakeholders along with her other full time jobs.
Notable events that Elaine coordinated in addition to weddings are stage manager for an Inaugural Ball, event founder for a benefit for Children’s Hospital, small business seminar event coordinator for a Center for Cultural Diversity, numerous ongoing homeowner association community and church events, corporate campus event founder for volunteer expos, North Texas food drives site coordinator for United Way Rallies, and many other non-profit organizations.
By far tied with the corporate events are the weddings she has coordinated. Each couple is so unique that their special wedding could be nothing other. Elaine has been blessed to have had the opportunity to work with all of them.
Elaine and her family reside in North Texas.
