Eddy Lewis

I was born in Homer Alaska and lived 25 miles East of town until age 14. I then moved to Cortez Colorado with my family where I now live. I graduated from a welding program at the local vocational technical school in 1983 and then went back to Alaska and commercial fished for three years. In 1987 I moved back to Colorado, and in 1988 I married Cathy. We have two children with one in high school and the other in college.
My vocation has primarily been in the area of agriculture involving cattle ranching. I also own and operate a company that provides noxious weed control services.
I have been an active member of several churches over the past 40 years of my Christian faith walk. During that time I have held various church board positions and have taught Sunday-school and Bible study classes.
I have always had a love for understanding prophecy which is rooted in the hope of my Lord's return. I also have a love for apologetics where we test why we believe and what we believe by the scriptures. Though I struggle with dyslexia, I am learning to appreciate the art of writing so as to have another avenue to communicate the gospel message. Through the process of researching and writing my first book, The Threshing Floor, I have been greatly blessed.
Some of the hobbies that I enjoy in the four corners area are photography, hunting, fishing, skiing and flying.

This book looks at the chaotic world that we are living in today and how it relates to the prophetic writings from the Bible. In the Bible we are instructed numerous times to watch and be ready for our Lord's return. The Threshing Floor shows you what signs to watch for, how to prepare for the return of Christ, and how we are to faithfully stand while enduring persecution.
