Living in Scotland, UK, Anjaney has been practising Yoga for over twenty years, and teaching for the past seven years. Since discovering the benefits of Yoga, both in physical strength and flexibility, and the mental benefits, finding peace and calm, yoga has been a constant companion, though life's trials and tribulations!
Anjaney enjoys studying and is continually learning the many different aspects and styles of yoga.
Sharing her yoga practice, as a teacher Anjaney tries to encourage each student to take the time to listen to their own body, and take responsibility for their own practice. The Little Book of Yoga Themes is compiled from class notes and plans, built up over the years of teaching. Having a theme weaved through the class, keeps Anjaney focused, helps to deliver a clear aim, and seems to keep a certain synergy to the asanas practise.

The Little Book of Yoga Themes contains 52 suggested themes for yoga classes. Each theme has a few warm up poses, main poses and some cool down poses all working around the same idea. Adding in a hand mudra, a mantra, a suggested pranayama practice and some words of wisdom, will help to build the theme, and deliver a very distinct message.
