Biography
My name is Elpidio Espinoza, a Certified John C. Maxwell Speaker, Teacher, Trainer, Coach and member of the John C. Maxwell Team.
In addition, I am an ordained Christian Minister, Bilingual Speaker (English and Spanish), Author of several books and Independent Thinking Leader.
Compassionate servant of my Redeemer. Church leader for nineteen years adding value to the lives of others by speaking, caring, equipping, exhorting, encouraging, edifying, discipling and leading the way.
Teaching others to overcome personal, work, ministry, and professional career obstacles; adding value to their lives brings lasting true worth and satisfaction to my life.
Leader in the oil and gas industry for twenty years in small to large projects, adding value by coaching others in the area of supervising and management.
Believer in the golden rule that says, "Do unto others as you would like others to do unto you."
Firm believer in the concept of "Just give me one opportunity." I will do anything within me to train and coach you, on how to reach and achieve your goals. I will teach you how to add value to those around you and lead them intentionally.
