Sha-Rhonda has always loved learning and has utilized her real life and clinical experiences to navigate the world. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified School Social Worker (SSW) who has over 15 years of providing psychotherapy, advocacy, inspiration and motivation to children, teenagers, women and families.
She holds a Master's of Social Work degree from The University of Georgia, Athens, GA, a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, GA and is a PhD Candidate in Human Services at Walden University.
Often hearing repeated stories of the challenges that mothers, wives and women face, Sha-Rhonda decided to share her personal testimonies in hopes of igniting others. She is excited about her healthy lifestyle and fitness journey and has written other books about Emotional Health & Wellness.
