Had some good tips that I have read elsewhere but always good to review. Had a few original tips that are helpful. There was a strong pitch for a software package, made the book seem a bit like a sales job for the software. All in all a good read.

This is required reading to publish my ebook on Smashwords. After looking it over, I figure I have to be an MS Word expert or I'm going to become one. It's part of the self publishing deal on SW, so no whining. I spent several hours looking it over and it does use some of the advanced MS Word functions if they are needed, however, I believe my book which is mostly text with a few chapter heading should format nicely. Thanks, SW.
  • The Secrets to Ebook Publishing Success on Oct. 18, 2016

I grabbed this ebook a few months ago and I'm glad I did. I've been chipping away at establishing my social media presence in prep for publishing my ebook. There are so many great tips and tricks in here. I just hope I can find more people to buy my book, not just my mom and brother (lulz). Wish me luck.

Great tips and tricks to marketing and selling ebooks. It will take a while, but I'll be chipping away at trying these. First I have to publish my ebook.
  • Sixty-Four Days, A Sea Story on Oct. 18, 2016

Being new on Smashwords I had no idea where to start. There are thousands of books to choose from. This one was ranked at one of the most downloaded so I decided to try it. I was not disappointed. Like other reviewers I enjoyed the action and suspense. The characters and setting were very unique but easy to relate to. I learned a lot about being aboard a navy aircraft carrier.
