The author of over 40 books, Dr. Paul R. Timm is an expert and authority on a variety of topics including customer service, communication, meeting management, self-management and human relations. On the personal side, Dr Timm is an endurance athlete. 35+ Triathlons (swim/bike/run) including three Ironman 70.3 races. Consistent age group podium finishes. Qualified for world championship, 2014. Six full and 15 half marathons. Golf. Pickleball. Weight training. Ballroom dance.
