When asked to give a brief description of “who I am” I found myself at a loss for words.
By profession I am a Registered Nurse (or at least I was until it was so clearly revealed to me that it was not my calling), as well as a writer; which I enjoy immensely. But, these are things that I do and, in fact, have nothing to do with “who I am”. However, since (with consistent practice) I have become quite proficient at turning within where the answer is already established; I decided to be still and allow the answer to unfold from within the quiet of my own mind, and this is what I know for sure about who I Am:
I am a feel good, joy seeking being, and the more I relax into that experience, the more I realize that nothing else matters. From that space of feeling good, I find that all I need to do is relax and allow who I truly am to unfold from within me. Given the luxury of that idea, I would say that “I Am” whomever I choose to be and the Universe always supports my decisions. I also know that this is an ongoing process of self-discovery; therefore my only work is to stay open to receive the joy that is available to me, expect good outcomes, and enjoy the ride.
The Pleasure That I Seek, I AM...

For all practical purposes, the one and only area in a woman’s life that is simply not taken seriously is her sexuality. It is no secret that 70% of women, regardless of age, fail to reach orgasm with the same frequency as their male counterparts.
