Biography
M. Ezran-Zeckler hails from generations of Rabbis and religious scholars of Spanish-Portuguese descent. She gained extensive modern-academic education in Israel and in the United Kingdom, followed by a long career in public and private international law, focusing on human rights, the Law of War and in Private International Law matters.
