F. F. Young

No permanent address, no steady job, no clear perspectives in sight, no stable relationships, no money in her pockets...this has been F. F. Young’s overall situation since she was a fatherless child, four decades ago, in the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Those circumstances, in addition to the passion, curiosity, and a burning desire to become a better person, have taken her through several countries and languages, marriages, children, breakups, and a long list of good acquaintances but a short one of close friends. All of these factors brought her to the point of having the wish to put all of her hard earned wisdom in written form for both the benefit and the entertainment of a broader audience other than the few friends who witnessed part of her eventful journey.
Knowing her a bit is to like her, knowing her a bit more is either to love or to hate her, such turbulence can be caused by her entrance into your life.

Smashwords Interview

Describe your desk
I don’t use a desk, instead I have my laptop on my lap and I can be anywhere, sitting on my any couch, on a bed or simply on a park’s bench.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in a small city in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I had a difficult childhood, but I am not sure if that is why I started writing as adult. I’ve always been an artistic and creative person and loved to challenge myself, and writing a book was a big challenge.
