I am a process engineer with experience writing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to communicate the best business process to a large number of people.
To do this successfully, I talk to people relevant to the subject, including operational folks and experts. I read the books available in the subject, I listen to the latest podcasts and YouTube videos, and I write what I think is the best practice.
One of my hobbies is cooking and one of my objectives is to be healthy. This has resulted in having fun writing a low carbohydrate lifestyle series of books.

I use several management tools, which I will share in a business series. The first tool I am sharing is my system to make and maintain action lists. I have learned to use this tool to keep track of all the things that need to get done reducing my stress by not keeping them in my head.

One of my hobbies is to study economic theory. I am interested in understanding the different levels of wealth of the nations of the world, specifically what causes the diiference in wealth between Mexico and the United States of America, since I was born in their border. This has led me to write a series of books about the production of wealth.

This series details what I have learned after twenty-two years in a low carbohydrate lifestyle.
The first book describes my initial weight loss with the Atkins Induction Diet and the confirmation from Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution that the maintenance of a stable blood sugar is sufficient justification to follow a low-carbohydrate lifestyle.
The second book is a set menu and recipes for one week of low carbohydrate meals that I could use to assure that I will always would have the ingredients necessary to make my most common meals.
The third book, "A Well-Engineered Diet and Cookbook" is the summary of my nutrition learning and experience that after twenty-two years in a low carbohydrate diet, had to be fine tuned to introduce "Intermittent Fasting" and ketogenic elements. I also included an analysis of all essential nutrients to make sure I was not missing any.
This series is in Spanish. The election of 2018 was crucial for Mexico. I wrote this essay to bring myself up to date on the political situation of Mexico and convince as many people as I could to stay the path of neoliberalism over the option of socialism. The people of Mexico was fed up with the corruption of the ruling party and chose the only perceived alternative for change. I will update this book yearly to follow the progress of the new government.
This is a step by step explanation on the process of wealth production in a nation. It is an attempt to think through the elements of human behavior the result in the production of high levels of wealth in a nation.
The series starts with an analysis of the wealth of a person alone in an island, just like Robinson Crusoe, and then complexity is added in every book to understand the production of wealth without forgetting its underlying principles.
The second book analyses the increase in wealth that occurs when a peaceful neighbor appears.
The third book analyses the wealth of a free market.
The fourth book analyses the function of the business enterprise.
The fifth book removes the asumption that everybody behaves correctly and discusses the need of a state governing a free society.
The sixth book analyses the wealth of social capital. This is the wealth produced when individuals are educated on the advantages of living peacefully and an exploration on their capability to produce in an ethical free market overseen by an ethical state.
I have learned how to manage multiple projects at the same time that I keep a low level of stress. I share the method in the first book of this series. I could have titled this book "How to Run Your Life with a Grocery List". I will add more books of my learnings in running a business.
After twenty-two years enjoying the health benefits of a low carbohydrate diet, my small potbelly came back. I had to use my process engineering skills to get rid of it again. I spaced out my meals with Intermitent Fasting, reduced my food intake to only the essential nutrients required by my body, and at the same time ensure that I was not missing any. I wrote it all in this process book.

This sixth book is about the social agreements required to produce wealth. These social agreements are a factor of production that can be grouped under the concept of Social Capital.

The assumption that the people will respect life and property is removed in this book and the formation of the state is discussed as a result of demonstrated human behavior.
