For a process that is supposed to be somewhat simplified, one would think the Smashwords folks would be able to find a better way to make it more simple. For people like myself, somewhat computer literate, but not an expert, the process is confusing and causes anxiety and stress. Is this done on purpose to help sell the services of the "packagers," who are willing to help for a fee?
