Scott is an award winning journalist working in Detroit.
He has also served in the 82nd Airborne Division, traveled the globe and worked in the Middle East as both as a peace keeper (in the Sinai) and a war correspondent (in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan).
He lives in Michigan with his wife, Vikki, and their dog, Bogart.
