Smashwords Interview

Who are your favorite authors?
I love to read suspense thrillers. My action/adventure favorites right now are Preston & Child, Clive Cussler, Matthew Reilly, and Lee Child, and I strive to emulate that style of high-action thriller in my novel, The Race. The suspense thriller icons currently on my bedside table are Harlan Coben, Lisa Gardner, Thomas Harris, and Daniel Silva, and my novel The Sculptor is akin to their style of mystery stories.

From skiing off a cliff in the Swiss Alps, to being chased down and shot at by the Italian Secret Service in the streets of Rome, to joyriding in a stolen Venetian gondola, to ducking out of an opera in search of a plate of tortellini and romantic conversation--these things really happened! But to what end? It's a mystery...
