Probably the ultimate guide on the wines of Malta and Gozo, this book is bang up to date. The book offers a fresh and fascinating approach to educating and informing about Maltese wine, Georges enthusiasm really comes through. We learn about vine history, geography, viticulture and wine-making. The transition from a badly organized and varied wine producing nation, to a modern well organized producer of some outstanding modern world class wines is particularly well covered. I very much enjoyed this book. So does Malta produce old world or new world wines?
