Grace Roberts

Biography

Grace writes heartwarming stories set in Ireland or in small towns in the United States—two places where she’d love to live while writing full-time. She’s also an avid reader who thinks daydreaming should be a paid profession and that the world would be a better place if bookworms ruled it.

Growing up as an only child, she spent all her free time with her nose stuck in books, enjoying the company of fictional friends, while dreaming of becoming an author. Discovering books by Rosamunde Pilcher was the turning point in her life, and she decided to start writing down the stories that kept playing in her head, just for fun. After the first couple of stories, though, she found it impossible to stop—and she’s been writing ever since.

This was my first book by Bella Andre. I had no idea who the author was or what to expect but the blurb sounded interesting and it was a short read, so I decided to give it a try on a lazy Sunday afternoon. This will definitely not be my last book by the author. I loved the story and was hooked from the very start. Noah and Colbie are two great characters and for a hopeless romantic like me a love-at-first-sight story is totally my cup of tea! I really enjoyed seeing how one simple look and a touch turned both the characters' lives upside-down and made them long for each other. Noah is an amazing book boyfriend, he's too good to be true. Even though they make only a brief appearance, I liked Mia and Rafe Sullivan and I'll definitely check out the other books in the series. There are some hot scenes, but they are very sensual and not annoyingly graphic. I really like the author's style and I will definitely add all the books to my to-read list. My only complaint? I wish it was longer and we got to read more about Noah and Colbie. Maybe in another book? A quick read with a very strong love at first sight romance, ideal for daydreamers and romantics of all kinds.
