Biography
I am 60+ years old at the time of publishing these books. I have had four children and have never been rich, except for the love of my kids.
I had to make up foods that my children would eat and wouldn't break our budget. I decided to write down these recipes so that my kids could have them and thought maybe other people would like them, too. I hope so, I would like to think I've helped others with their problems of what and how to feed a family with little money.

I thank anyone who has bought one of my books, I will be putting more on this site as I soon as I can write or rewrite them.

This little book doesn’t come close to covering all of the tips and tricks that are out there. I only put in the ones I could find online and in some books. I am sure there are a lot better books out there somewhere. I enjoyed my research for this book. I hope you can use some of these terms, tips and tricks.
