Over the past 35 years while living in the Memphis area, I have published over 20 Western and historical novels, as well as a handful of books on computer topics. To finance this prolonged foolishness, over the decades I have worked as a free-lance writer, carpenter, surveyor, waiter, newspaper reporter/photographer/editor, technical writer, tech project manager, and marketing analyst.

I am proud to say that I also served as an intelligence agent and Vietnamese linguist during my year in Viet Nam in 1972, although that whole deal didn't turn out as well as we hoped it would.

I have been married to my cool Filipino wife Vernice for the past 25 years. I am the father of 4 daughters (plus 1 just-like-a-daughter) and grandfather to 11. My daughters are still in their productive years, so that last number is likely to grow. Christmas can be very expensive. With a clan that large, I'm hoping somebody will be willing to take care of me in my dotage.

I am now using Smashwords to re-publishing a variety of past works, as well as a few newer and previously unpublished novels.
