Smashwords Interview

What drives you to write?
I love the open-ended creativity in writing fiction and the opportunity non-fiction provides to re-present facts in my own way. I am still honing my writing skills, supported by great teachers who are themselves successful writers, and the process of writing is an important part of my daily life.
What is your favourite literary genre?
My favourite is the short story genre: you can portray events and characters in a way that allows the reader to have an experience of someone else's world, moral issues or life challenges, in a one-sitting time-frame that is not onerous.
