Raised on a farm, and later at the edges of the woods, H.M. Van Fleet spent much of her time reading. This fascination with stories and books ultimately led to her being forbidden from reading, for a time. Not letting this stop her, she read many books at local and school libraries.
When not reading – or writing – stories, she spends time with her husband, cross-stitching, and dreaming of the next time she’ll be able to ride horses.
