Born in London, next door to a notorious prison, Haarlson has been on the run ever since. He lives in Barcelona and teaches at the International University of Catalonia, the University Hospital of Bellvitge and at Hospital Clínic. He also writes fiction and non-fcition for a range of print and web based publications including The Guardian and Barcelona, INK.
