I own this book and truly believe that this book could define and improve the reason and ways that the employer/employee relationships fail however, this book helps you to identify ways the relationship could succeed. There are many things in our workforce and society that fail the "Human Cable System", hooray for a book that doesn't just provide self help but also workforce help!
