Running with the Curimbata

In this humorous, first-person short story, the reader is treated to a cautionary tale of fishing in a remote wilderness area of Brazil. Based loosely on real experiences, our clueless protagonist tries his hand at fishing undeterred by issues of communication, mosquitoes, piranhas, fishing regulations, and any perceivable fishing or boating competence.
