Hywel Teague


Hywel Teague is a British journalist and filmmaker. He has worked for ESPN, UFC360 magazine, Men's Fitness and more.

He is the creative force behind the jiu-jitsu media entity 'BJJ Hacks', which encompasses web TV, digital publishing and more.

He lives with his wife in Rio de Janeiro, his home since 2011. He trains under Ricardo de la Riva in Copacabana and is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
