Johnny Mariani

Biography

From as far back as I can remember I've always had a knack for storytelling, at a pretty young age I knew I needed to do something creative with my life. I chose film to be my outlet. I graduated with my BFA from the Dix Hills Performing Arts Center, and quickly jumped in Independent Films, all the while working a "normal" twelve hour job. Still very involved with "indy" film, I needed a place to put my script ideas out there. Majority of the time I was losing pieces in journals and random pages on my desk. Smashwords pushes me to finish scripts and at least get my ideas out there, even if I never get around to shooting them.
