Biography

Sharon Vargas is a well respected Retired Army Veteran, Human Resources Professional, Advisor and Career Coach who has engaged with thousands of employees at all levels. She began her career in the Us Army and worked her way up through the ranks as a key member of the US Army Recruitment Command often referred to as USAREC. After her military service, Sharon followed her passion for creativity by earning a degree in Illustration from the University of the Arts. She combines her two career paths to present her valuable information in a clear and fresh way.

Sharon writes about her own experiences as Human Resources Professional to help others move in, up around the work world. She offers a wealth of information about having, holding and moving from job to job. The information she offers will make your work life easy to navigate and answer the questions you may have about how to get in and survive the nuances of complex work environments.

Sharon lives in Pennsylvania USA near her family and friends.

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Writing gives me the opportunity to express myself. After I have completed a project I feel as though I have given some of my knowledge back. I have learned a lot of life's lessons on my journey and I enjoy sharing what I know.
What are you working on next?
I have not decided on my next book, but I think it will discuss the high level of crime in society.
