Who are your favorite authors?
For fiction authors, I personally love thrillers by Dean Koontz, John Saul, James Hankins, Gregg Hurwitz, Stephen King and more. I always have my eyes peeled for anyone who is able to develop a great set of characters for their story. I want to care about what happens to them, and I want them to be conflicted deep inside in the way that real humans can be conflicted. They must touch me emotionally in the way that I touch my own readers.
I am inspired by authors who publish nearly anything in abnormal psychology, including Narcissism/Abuse authors such as: H.G. Tudor, Lundy Bancroft, and Sam Vaknin.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My readers, my wonderful husband and my amazing children inspire me everyday. I wake up to an inbox full of wonderful comments, questions and inspiring words from my readers.
I am tickled pink when I touch a reader emotionally. I use my past trauma and pain to show other people that you can pull yourself up from the rubbish. Expect wonderful things from yourself, your children, your partner, your readers, and your acquaintances. You will be pleasantly surprised when they deliver! Life can be great with a little hard work and perseverance.

A person who doesn't recognize gaslighting in their relationship can experience psychoses, trauma bonding, and even death!
This ebook seeks to educate on the tactics of gaslighting, and also educates readers on why it occurs and how to fight it.
