J.Junior Page finally completed a life time's ambition and released his first book in 2013. His Sons of Asgard series draws upon his love of History and the Viking culture of Europe. The author found it logical and fun to write about what he knows, and hopes his enthusiasm for the subject is noticeable in his work. In the future J. Junior will continue to write with in the fiction genre and will continue to explore different settings and stories.
The Author lives in the South of England, but is originally from the county of Yorkshire. Although writing is now his occupation, he refuses to class himself as such. For J.Junior he is doing something that he loves and gets paid for it. In his own words he is "living his own dream!" The Author lives with his two children and cites them as his inspiration and at times his muse.
What's the story behind your latest book?
My latest storyline is set in Dark Age Europe and combines a mixture of war, betrayal, love, death and the gods of the Norse tradition. The main characters are the human descendants of the mighty gods of Asgard and their destiny slowly unfolds throughout the chaos of the story.
When did you first start writing?
I first stared writing on a small scale back in 2009, it was usually on topics such as History and popular culture. Then in 2010, I made a promise to myself to self publish a book within the next few years and through hard work, luck and determination; I was able to release my first novel in 2013.
The sequel to Infinity Minus Zero: Point of Origin sees the Human survivors of the Great Partition toil an existence in the area known as the Enclave. The Kreed Emperor wishes to make the Humans who dwell in his ancestral space a thing of the past and only the defiance of Cartagha can keep the vicious Kreed from murdering the Human colonists where they stand.
Set in the Twenty-Fourth Century, this story follows the heinous events of the lightening war between Humanity and the Kreed Empire. It was a conflict which made heroes of men and highlighted the failures of the Commonwealth leaders. From the ruination of the border lands, a new weapon is born which can spearhead the fightback against the power of the loathsome Kreed.
The Complete Edition of Call of the Blood combines both of the previously released books. This story tells us the tale of Raif and his kinsmen Magnus. These noble Danish warriors occupy their lives with battle and their sworn duty to protect their homelands.
