Haunting, sad, unexpected. All this and more in this short story. I have read Silk Threads, but this is very, very different.

I enjoyed this book, the writing style is simple, the ideas complex. The ending is good: unexpected. Its not a book I would recommend to my (teenage) children, but certainly to adults!
  • Never Forever - The Champagne Hurricane Trilogy - Book 1 on Feb. 01, 2014

I found this book difficult to read, the writing style rambling and confused, meandering along a rather improbable romance. I only finished it because many of the reviews said it was hard to get into...I agree the ending is good. It's a great pity the whole thing is not half the length and the ending would have much more impact.

I liked this story ...the description of the village was very well done. The writing is good in this story...easy to read

Well written, good plot, easy to read. Sorry I took so long to review, but I've not had much chance to read lately. It was worth it though.
