Biography

Author James Peyton has published four acclaimed books on Mexican cooking, history and culture and has written for Fine Cooking, Food & Wine and Texas Highways, as well as chapters for three Lonely Planet guidebooks to Mexico. His outdoor kitchen was featured on Bobby Flay's Food Network series. James has a B.A. in political science from Trinity University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He lives in San Antonio, Texas and hosts a popular website: www.lomexicano.com. Vampires of Bustamante is his first novel.
