Gonen on July 13, 2014 This impressive work goes a long way to demystify the magic aura that for so long has been imbedded in the numerous attempts to understand the nature of nature. In sticking to logic as well as to plain facts, Dan Dana managed to disperse most of the fog that for many generations now surrounded the old faith versus reason controversy. He clearly demonstrates that science doe not at all posit the existence of God or gods as it continues to extend and revise our knowledge with regard to the universe. And he pinpoints the driving force of religion in wishful thinking, that is, in subjective psychology rather than in objective attempts to extend our knowledge of nature. Clear thinking and attention to details enhance the merit of this timely work.
