Dr. Jayme A. Sokolow is founder, owner, and president of The Development Source, Inc. a Washington, DC metropolitan area company that helps nonprofit organizations and government agencies develop proposals to federal and state agencies, international governments, foundations, and corporate giving sources. Over the last ten years, he has been involved in successful proposal efforts totaling more than a billion dollars as a Proposal Manager. Dr. Sokolow has supported over 200 client projects since 1991. He is a Senior Fellow of the Performance Institute (2007) and has received the Association of Proposal Management Professionals’ Fellows Award (2003) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals Vision Award (2001).
