Jennie Fraine

Jennie Fraine is an interactive poet, having discovered the joys of not needing to find something worth writing about when all around us are people who love to have a poem on any topic of their choice written for them on the spot! Jennie has written for people of all ages and passed the Speed Test with children of a critical age, by producing poetry on any topic, no matter how un-adult, in under one minute. The joy of fast creation now infects all Jennie's writing, whether poetic or prosey, and she also produces maps of regional voices when whole communities join in with the challenge and excitement.
Published works - The Cast Changes, Abalone Press, 1985, Runner-Up FAW Anne Elder Award.
