Whether it's her gemini astrological sign or a case of ADD, Robin's writing just can't be stuffed into a genre, and that is how she likes it. At the moment, her works include urban fantasy, erotica, and horror (or a very interesting mix of each). During the day, she's the mom of two beautiful toddlers who routinely hijack her computer and shut it down, runs a childcare business out of her house, bakes bread from scratch, preserves fruits and vegetables her husband grows on their 5 acre property in upstate NY, and is often caught mumbling story plot lines all the while. At night, she can be found writing it all down, among other, more naughty, activities (she calls it research).
Robin is inspired by world mythology, religion, history, folklore and fairy tales. Oh, and Monty Python.

Beth and Dale had done it a million times before: Pick a road and see where it takes you. On this beautiful summer day, they chose the wrong road. A car accident sends the two of them walking, finally coming to an old farmhouse on an otherwise deserted path. They hope to find help, but instead they find Hell.

This was a pretty good story, and I did like the twist, but I saw it coming. The start was great, but the finish didn't keep the pace. Worth the read if you've got 15 minutes to kill.
