Allan Campbell was a moderately successful Sydney architect. Outwardly, an average professional man of fifty nine. He had overcome his disability of a lost right leg. But his colleagues and friends didn’t see him try to sleep. Every week since May 1971 he dreamt of how he lost his leg. Every week. He dreamt of the terrible detail, and the acts which lead to the final event.
