Jon Alex Burrows
Jon spent half a lifetime climbing the greasy pole inside German and American corporations, working in several countries until colliding with the “glass ceiling” whilst working for the Japanese as a Corporate Fixer.
Once free of the corporate yolk, Jon became a co-founder of a successful corporate risk management partnership, trying to keep clients out of trouble. However, the lure of the sea and a life of cruising the Greek islands became too hard to resist, and for the last 15 years, Jon has wandered around the harbours and boatyards of the Eastern Mediterranean, immersed in the culture and lifestyle of the eastern seas.
Jon now lives in rural Oxfordshire with a long-suffering wife and an exhausting bearded collie. Phoenician Bay may be fiction but real life has proven to be even stranger and scarier.
