I would love to write a review of this book. Unfortunately, altho I paid for it, I never got it. Somehow the link I was sent for it did not work. I will not rate it now, since I did not receive it. As soon as I receive it, I will review it. I am very disappointed with Smashwords so far. I have tried to reach you in a variety of ways. I hope this one works.
