Between The Land And The Sea on March 01, 2012

This book was a guilty pleasure for me. I have enjoyed the few mermaid books I've read, and this is at or near the top of my list in that genre. The characters were enjoyable and the romance was sweet, exciting, and age appropriate. I liked the pace the author used to reveal facts about the mermaid world and the main character's place in it. She didn't drag it out too long, and she didn't spill it all at once. I'm looking forward to giving the second book a try. Great YA read, good for any 14 year old I know.
