Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The first story I read that was more than simply a counting exercise (yeah I'm talking about you "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish"), was "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" and I remember feeling so sad for the Grinch with his shriveled heart.
When did you first start writing?
My teacher in second grade said I had a head for stories, and I've been writing on and off ever since. This was the first story seen by anyone other than family.
